1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Get Noticed, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Services
Get Noticed provides a marketing intelligence platform that enables users to:
- Create and manage content and campaigns
- Analyze performance
- Access AI-driven insights
- Monitor brand data and insights
- Monitor product data and insights
We may modify or update features at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to enter into this agreement
- Provide accurate information
4. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Upload harmful or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer the system
- Interfere with platform security
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant us a license to:
- Host
- Process
- Analyze
- Display
- Modify
This is solely to operate and improve your campaigns, ads, experience, and the platform.
By uploading or providing any copyrighted content you are expressly granting Get-Noticed permission to use said content, and confirm that you are indeed the copyright holder who is authorized to grant such permission.
7. AI-Generated Content
The platform may generate recommendations or content using AI.
You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We do not guarantee accuracy or performance outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, and proprietary systems (including the Harmonizer and Brand Momentum Score) are owned by Get Noticed and protected by intellectual
property laws.
9. Fees and Payments
If applicable:
- Fees are billed according to your subscription plan
- You knowingly accept that the Get-Noticed digital services system (which includes many digital functions to operate), and as such, those functions and actions are services performed for you, the user. Said functions cost Get-Noticed money as they occur.
- Payments and purchases (such as tokens) are non-refundable unless required by law, unless Get-Noticed management decides to grant an exception. Get-Noticed has the sole discretion of determining whether or not a refund is warranted.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Required by law
- Platform misuse occurs
You may terminate your account at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Specific marketing outcomes
- Error-free operation
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Get Noticed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Further, the user is responsible for any copyright damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Noticed from claims arising from:
- Your content
- Your use of content generated by Get Noticed systems and AI Agents
- Any action, or activity that occurs in any social media or Ad-Platform connected to Get Noticed through your user account
- Your use of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
